Buying your own fixtures
You’re welcome to supply your own tapware or toilet. Plumbing products used in Australia need WaterMark certification, so check for it before you buy, especially online. We’ll tell you if a product won’t suit the existing pipework.
Bundle small jobs
If you have a list of small things, a dripping tap, a running toilet and a new mixer, send them in one request. Doing them in one visit is quicker and costs less than separate call-outs.
What to expect
We turn up when we say, protect the floor where we work, fix the problem, test it and clean up after. If we find something else that needs attention, we tell you and you decide.
